Balancer question

Ok. Got another motor this week. It's a 415. Has eagle 4340 crank,lunati rods and je dome pistons. Guy that I bought it from said it was internally balance and has a 350 flexplate. But the harmonic balancer has a weight on it. The front of the motor vibrates BAD!!!!! You can visually see it vibrating Do I get a balancer with no weight and be ok or what? If so what balancer would you recommend? Thanks.

Get that off asap. Some balancers have a bolt in weight that can be removed. ATI is my choice.
