yoke leak
There is a press in metal plug in the front of the yoke like a freeze plug. It might be your leak. We were servicing the race car one day and found that the plug was gone, you could see the splines of the yoke and the output shaft of the transmission. We just installed a new yoke. Something to check. Hope this helps.
