    380 motor

I was reading a thread in the late model gossip that said a driver was runniong a 380 motor. How do you make a 380?

    a 350SBC block with a bore of 4.015 and a stroke of 3.75 gives you a 379.8 and 4.020 and 3.75 gives you a 380.8. Or a 400SBC with a 4.125 bore with 3.562 stroke that another thread on here is calling a 3 9/16 stroker.

      Most common 380ci is a 4.155 bore with a 3.50 stroke.

        It's basically a standard 377 (400 with a 350 crank) with a little bigger bore. Pretty common.
