best alluminum heads for 23 degree setup

looking at heads wondering what the best and then also whats best bang for the buck...no procomp please heard too many horror stories about seats falling out etc.

The best numbers I have seen out of a 23* head is the AFR 245...It has a very minimal pinch area in the pushrod area and a high CSA. You can run a 2.12 intake and they will flow 350 cfm out of box, more with good port work. Can not use stud mounted rockers...gotta have shafts...
