Is a 376 EGR intake any good?

I run in a limited street stock class, we must use a cast iron factory intake. The one I have now is a 376, does anybody know if these are any good? I'd heard of an 055 as being a good one.

I would bet that you wont see 5 to 10 hp dif from any stock cast iron 2 barrel intake, wether its egr or not.
