Ford imca engine combos

Looking for opinions on a ford imca engine combo, possible 347 or 408, want to build something for a reasonable cost...

ive got expirience with bmods, what to run for dist, fuel pump, and carb recomendations..

looking for some help from the experts...

i have a block and crank for sale, 8.2 deck(like a 302) 4.115 bore brand new ready to hone to 4,125, crank is a scat 4340 3.47 stroke, combo will build a 371, parts were close to 4g new, asking 2500
i had it posted on here, its also listed on racingjunk, i have other parts i would consider selling also, a moroso oil pan, i think i have a brand new solid flat cam and lifters

Try a 383 combo with a 9.5 block 6.250 rod, 3.75 stroke. Kind of the best of all worlds, not as hard on the main webbing as a 4
" plus stroker and revs faster too.

i also have a 9.5 deck sportsman block, 3" main, 4.060 bore dss main girdle, 2 bolt main, it needs one sleeve and i would recommended an align hone as well, i would like to get $650 for it as is

i am in erie, pa... i can ship wherever, should be around a hundred to ship the block
