depends on your rules and carb size you can run. ours a few years back were vortec had to be box stock and we could not go any bigger than a 650 carb. but could do what we wonted to camel heads so we cut camel heads to 48cc and out ran any one with a vortec engine but if you can run a bigger carb then i would go with the vortec.

Alright and yeah the rule is stock heads with 750 carb but my step dad wants me to use his double humps because he has a air gap intake with it but you think I should use the vortecs

which double humps does he have thaty would make a large diff. some are better than others.

can you angle mill the heads?
