    Flat tappet spring pressure

Due to rules changing I'm removing my roller cam and installing a flat tappet. It's been a few years since I've played with flat tappets and was wondering about spring pressures. The cam is around .555 intake and .570 exhaust lift in the area of 260 @ .050 duration with the edm lifters. The springs I have will be around 145lbs on the seat and about 340lbs over the nose. Are these safe pressures to run? I will break the cam in without the inner springs and break in rockers. Thanks for any help.

The usual spring pressure I run on a edm lifter flat tappet is 165# seat & 420-440 open with no problems after the cam was broken in. have ran as much as 200# seat and 500# open with edm lifters and nitratied cam.
