lean on left bank

Im jeting a small block chevy 358 14-1 on alky. we have a new holley 750 hp. this is in a IMCA mod. cylinders 2,4,6,8 look good but cylinders 1,3,5,7 are lean with it getting leaner front to back. 7 is way to lean. puffs white or blue smoke when you dump the gas. i have 138 in front and 140 in back. what may be wrong or what is the right way to jet to fix this problem if it is just jetting.
