1.5 rockers?

Will a stock steel 1.5 rocker for a 3/8 stud fit a 7/16 stud. I know the ball and nut will have to be changed. Wondering if the rockers are the same?

No the slot in the rocker isn't big enough.

The 7/16 ball wont fit in the rocker either
