I have a 355 with cola steel crank, .430 manley dome pistions, h-beam rods, arp main studs, and arp rod bolts. It has good h bearnings, and wp angle plug heads. What would be a good rpm to run this motor in my 3200 lbs street stock. I am running a 3/8 mile high bank dirt track with a 6.33 gear. I just dont know how hard I can or should turn this motor.

We turned are 355 with scat steel crank and H beam rods with Lg. port Vortech heads at 8400 on a long straight 1/2 mile track with never any problems. If this is a used motor I would change out rod bolts and keep an eye on your valve springs at high RPM's week springs will kill your motor quickly.
