Need help identifying throwout bearing

Got this on the shelf want to either use it or sell it but I need to figure it out what they are. I think it's made by tilton but I'm not sure. Any info would be great a part number would be ideal.

IF you have it and need one one then why not use it? Who cares the name as long as it works?

Looks like a Tilton 4000 series. A few years old though because I don't think they put that emblem on their products anymore, but that is the older Tilton Engineeering emblem.

rebuild it and you should be good not much to rebuild them.
