cam card questions?

I bought a slightlyused solid lift camshaft, the cam card says that the installed height should be 1.850 ( I think) which means that I have to get .100 over length valves. Now will I have to get .100 over length push rods as well? I'm thinking yes. What would happen if I didn't use the .100 over length vales? Any help with this would be great, Thanks in advance.

allot more going on with push rod length. deck height, have heads been shaved small base cam or not. you need to get a checking tool they are fairly cheep and will tell you the length you need.
