    Radiator

Anyone have any advise on how to fix a small hole in a aluminum radiator?

Depending on where it leaks the putty like SCD mentioned or welding would be possible fixes.

make the hole a little bigger with a pen or something and then the JB weld or whatever as mentioned. I put a little heat on it as i'm putting it in to get it inside better, not sure if its right or wrong. Probably would of been fine without the heat.

I pinched the tube shut on a radiator one time to stop it from leaking. I was going to get around to changing it but after five years I figured it was good enough. I eventually crashed it and put a hole the size of the fan in the radiator using a tree.
