cyl head intake runner size?

was thinking about changing from my world product 200 cc intake runner heads to an aluminun head. 355 CI 13-1 compression roller cam super victor 2925 intake. 750 holley 4 barrel carb

Should i go with a 215cc intake runner or a 230cc intake runner dart pro 1
or a 221cc Brodix track one? both would be 64cc chamber angle plug

My thought was the 230 might be to big for that CI

What RPM range will you be running in.
What size track, or tracks.
My first thoughts are do not go over a 215 runner. unless you are spinning it 9k.

RPM range is 6800-7300
Track size 1/4 and 3/8 mile

Spec heads are basically track 1s. Most of the 355 will peak at 6800 to 7000. We turn ours from 7400 to 7800.Had one motor with them ''worked on'' that made peak at 7600 and would pull to 8200.

If your only running 6800-7300 I would stay with the 200cc runner you will have a lot better response anything much bigger will just make for a lazy engine unless you want to increase rpm. What can you legally run for an aluminum head? Is there a spec head or is it open. If open and I was building it I would go with some AFR heads workmanship is second to none and they flow very well.

Just has to be a 23 degree head

Track 1's are pretty good out of the box and with a little work they are even better and very competitive in a mod.

No experience w/ the darts. Anything is a step up from the steel heads you have.

AFR's may require offset lifters depending on which head you get. I think all of those heads will require offset rockers if you dont already have them just something else to think about.
