SBC Fuel pump ?'s

This may sound stupid or obvious but here goes. What is meant by "pump body can be indexed to multipe positions to aid fuel line installation" on a SBC fuel pump? Does this mean that the bolts can be removed from the body and you can turn the inlets and outlets? Just wanted to double check and any precautions? Dont feel like buying more fittings if I can just rotate the pump body. Thanks.

Yes pull bolts and turn anyway it clears.
