    Head/engine question

Would a set of WP I037 heads work with a 377 engine combination for a dirt modified with the right cam choice? Please explain pros and cons, as I am not an engine guy by any means. Or am I better off with a 355? I was planning on buying a Dart SHP block because I have a light weight 3.5 stroke crank and 6 inch rods already. I was looking at the 377 to help kill some of the torque on tracks that go dry slick in the summer.

head won't make enough power to need to kill torque. Build the 377. SHP block with a good crank and rods should last you awhile

Not enough power out of the heads? What can I expect before I spend a lot of cash in the heads?

I037's aren't a bad head in the right hands.
