If u run the water lines from the water pump to the head on each side, what size line do u use? -6an or -8an? Also, do they help alot?

Usually #8 but #6 will work. Not necessary to have them but it helps eliminate the hot spot where two exhaust valves are next to each other.

The lines help that hot water get back to the radiator to help keep the engine cool...

Thats what the lines on the intake do but not the ones from the pump to the side of the heads.

the ones from the pump to head inject cooler water to the bottom side of the head, and if you have the center top lines it will let the hot water get back to radiator quicker.
I have the water pump to bottom side of head in a -6, and from back of intake to a T to center of head then to the water neck, plumbed in -6 as well.
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.
