Easy to tune but sensitive, and range of travel is pretty minimal compared to a traditional coil.

How long they last?.... you will get a mixed bag of answers from personal experience you can get 20 races as long as your not jumping it off the ground on a regular basis(rough tracks) and I'm sure weight of the vehicle would impact that significantly.
