    Missing out on Chili Bowl

From what I'm reading we that are not there are missing out on some great action. While Christopher Bell seems to be dominating there was excitement on Wednesday night as the lowered budgeted Berryhill won in an upset. Talent a plenty! Wish I was there !

Glad to see a couple of native Oakies run 1 and 2 in the main event.

Needless to say Christopher Bell winning The Chili Bowl was a wildly popular win for several reasons. Bell has been very competitive at Tulsa for several years now and has had the combination to win it but for one reason or another didn't. And the fact that Bell is from just down the road in Norman, Oklahoma also added to the popularity of the win even though 85% of all spectator tickets are sold outside the state of Oklahoma.

As I posted in another thread there were two of the 4 preliminary qualifying nights that were extraordinarily good racing. The other two were very good as well!
