My guess is that this should be said from approximately five minutes before midnight wherever you are, to at least 15 minutes after. I would guess it is fine to take breaks. What is key is to say it with focus and feeling. Repeat it again at least once after 12:30. Have at it.

That's as racist as it gets . And never been able to understand how they can use the
word black for anything . When as you said black collage , if there was a white college that
was beside the black college the white college would be racist . How the he!! is that .

Heres one for ya: In my city, they bussed the black kids into the white schools, claiming de-segregation. Now, the segregated schools mostly have failing scores in comparison to other areas.

Now heres the real kicker: they turned the black schools into "magnet schools",trying to get the upper echelon of students. And yep you guessed it, 99%of the blacks cant qualify for their own neighborhood schools!

Proving once again, liberal policies never have worked!
