    Kyle Larson Wins At Knoxville

Kyle Larson wins A-main of qualifying night #1 at the 57th Knoxville Nationals! It was no fluke because he had to beat Donnie Schatz to get the job done.

This kid is the hottest driver in the country. Christopher Bell is on fire but Larson is white hot.

Every time Larson wins we're seeing another bit of history made. I'm starting to believe this kid is on his way to entering the argument that he's the best all around driver ever. He's at least entering the conversation at this point.

Hey Power boy! I thought you had run for cover again! LOL!

I could say the same thing to you and it'd be the truth! You know what I'm talking about, don't ya'! Like the $hit you've spewed over the years about Gordo and JJ. Most everything I've said about your boy Stewart or pee wee jr. is provable. The same can't be said for what you say, or have said, about Gordo and JJ. That's pure hate, isn't it Power boy. The stuff about how neither one is a great driver and they've lucked into all their wins and championships and how they've had NASCAR on their side, etc., etc., etc. Yet you heap praise on lil' pee wee for being given a championship in which he only competed in 2/3's of the season. Go figure. LOL!

Up until now Larson, much like Gordo & JJ, has shown class, maturity beyond his years and pretty much impeccable manners. Besides that he's a GREAT driver who's already accomplished more on dirt than your boy Stewart. He doesn't seem to wreck people intentionally and he's never done anything to indicate he's a borderline psychopath. What's not to like?

If I don't particularly like this driver or that driver I will gladly spell out in plain English as to exactly why. Unlike you.

Power boy, it appears that in your case it can be said with certainty, once a coward, always a coward. You seem to seek out my posts and react to them. So tell us again who exactly is taking the bait? LOL!

Never once have you given any irrefutable evidence that what I say that makes you so upset is untrue or inaccurate. Not once.

Being the goat humper that you are you surely wish I had a goat for you to get! LOL!!

Now, go call Tony and set up your next nut hugging session. LOLOL!

Yep, Yung Muny will be racing in a sprint car Saturday night at the Knoxville Nationals. It would be very cool if he could pull off the victory!!

Arguably the biggest dirt race in the world could be won by the best all around driver we've seen in more than a generation!

                RUMBLE, YOUNG MAN RUMBLE!!!

Initially Chip wasn't going to let him race on Sat. thousands sent emails to Chip. Glad he saw the light. After this year, look for Kyle to take over NASCAR's "most popular driver". Any bets?

I won't bet against Larson being NASCAR's MPD. And, if Chip ever offers Kyle an Indy 500 ride Larson would be the star of stars at the 500. He'd bring the attention of a lot of NASCAR or nothing people and he'd bring literally hundreds of thousands of open wheel dirt fans. I'd venture a guess that even some dirt late model and mortified fans would take interest in his Indy 500 exploits.

Just speaking for myself, I'm taking more interest in the Knoxville Sprint Nationals due to Larson being there and winning a prelim night A-main. Same deal as when Bryan Clauson ran so well at Knoxville. I'm not that big of a wing fan but when the wingless dirt open wheel guys run good it captures the attention of wingless open wheel dirt guys like myself.

Larson's prelim night A-main win is just one more achievement that Larson has on his resume' that ol' Power boys' idol doesn't! LOL!

Well, Kyle Larson comes up just short at The Knoxville Nationals. He started 9th and made a late race charge at eventual winner Donnie Schatz to come home 2nd. Not bad for a guy that races dirt open wheel cars on a very limited basis.

Congrats to Schatzy. If Yung Muny was to be bested for the win it's fitting that it was Donnie.

Running 2nd in arguably the biggest dirt race of the year is not too shabby. It makes us Silver Crown, wingless sprint and midget fans very proud to have one of our guys show their moxie on one of the biggest stages in dirt racing.

I did my usual today and tuned in the Michigan race with 20 to go. Last restart with 3 to go was insane. Kyle was second row and shot through the middle and took the lead and won! The kid is legit.

Kyle is a breathe fresh air for a sport than needs a breathe of fresh air.

Congrats on his great weekend. INDY 500 for 2018!! Chip can be talked into it by the right person.
If I was around him like I was when we sponsored him, I could get it done. He is really that type of guy. Of course I don't really know that but I did get him to tell me the big deal he was closing that was going to put him on top in Indy car. That was 25 years ago.

Power boy, with your long term track record it's somewhat out of character for you to be a fan of someone who is humble, was taught manners as a child, shows no borderline psychopathic tendencies and isn't a hypocrite.

Kyle Larson's demeanor inside and outside of the race car is much like a couple of drivers you so vociferously hate, Gordo and Jimmie Johnson. You know, the guys you have said for decades that are mediocre drivers who are capable of nothing more than cheating or lucking their way into victories and championships. Why the change of heart there lil' power boy? LOL!!

When you have dinner with Chip be sure to implore him to put together a team for Indy next May! Has he called you yet to invite you to join in on this week's victory celebration?! Bbbwwwwaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahaha!!!
