Well the new Gravity Park Speedway in WI surely will cost about 1/10 of that..

I put $30,000 into Amherst Speedway in 2013... The small grandstands were already there from it's horse racing days. The 1/3 mile track was hogged out of the old half mile and was built with volunteer work including the dirt work... Done by the snowmobile club that raced in the winter.
