Yep, it's obvious you're just short of giddy in regards to the outcome of the Kate Steinle murder but you don't wanna' own it which makes you nothing more than a common hypocrite. If that whole scenario is an indication of an expert on justice then you fill the bill.

Those goofs probably would brought hell's fury against this guy had he actually shot the sea lion....

You may be from Alabama but you make a very good point that probably is a lot more fact than jest! Just kiddin' about the Alabama stuff! LOL!Originally posted by Chris Thomason View PostThose goofs probably would brought hell's fury against this guy had he actually shot the sea lion....
I never really looked at it from that perspective but it certainly is a point to ponder.
I have an older sister and a niece who live in Marin County and some of the things they tell us about how weird and off kilter things are in that area will literally frighten you. It's a very safe bet that the jury pool was poisoned from the get go and the presiding judge was activist, thus the politically tinged verdict.

I think the state went into this case with every intention of losing it. You can skin a cat more than one way to get your desired effect.Last edited by turnleftandgasit; 12-04-2017, 09:42 AM.

Another good point. The lead prosecutor may well be as loony as everyone else in San Franpsycho. As much as I've read about this case it was probably not prosecuted as strenuously as it could/should have been. The POS lawyer who provided counsel for the POS Mexican criminal illegal alien would never ask for a change of venue to a jurisdiction where the bench and the jury pool wouldn't be to politically poisoned. He got the case heard exactly where he had the best chance of winning it, which obviously is his job.Originally posted by turnleftandgasit View PostI think the state went into this case with every intention of losing it. I will predict right here, right now that this POS Mexican criminal illegal alien will end up back in California and it wouldn't be the least bit surprising if he ends up hurting or murdering some other innocent person.

no problem here , if it WAS a complete unbiased jury , It is just hard for me to believe a completely unbiased jury could have came to this ridiculous conclusion , just trying to make some sense of the absolutely most dumbest verdict I have ever herd of , so you can call it what you want as I expect no different from you ...........Originally posted by ss12 View PostThe prosecutor and the plaintiff's attorneys pick the jury. What does a citizens ethnic background have to do with it? With a all Caucasian jury would they reached a different verdict? Sounds like you gentleman are having a problem with the scales of justice.

thats all i was wandering there hollis , was these jury members picked along racial lines , because they should not have been , and you may be on to something with YOUR proposition , and dont worry about native americans , they take care of themselves down here , got some of the best casino,s around.....Originally posted by Hollis View PostYou and CW infer the results may be racially motivated? Should we start picking jurors along racial line. How about if your ancestors were not born here you cannot serve. ..OH WAIT. #NATIVE AMERICANS.

Don't know the make up the jury. What would be your selection of jurors be to insure a guilty verdict?Originally posted by fastford View Postthats all i was wandering there hollis , was these jury members picked along racial lines , because they should not have been , and you may be on to something with YOUR proposition , and dont worry about native americans , they take care of themselves down here , got some of the best casino,s around.....

there really shouldn't have been a jury involved , just a honest judge , but the defense knew better than that and took advantage of our system to get a murderer off , but let me ask you one question and that will be it , Do you agree with this jury verdict?Originally posted by Hollis View PostDon't know the make up the jury. Your respect is easily attained. How can a jury be respected when there was positively no doubt that the Mexican POS had willfully pulled the trigger 3 times on a loaded firearm in a crowded area and they unanimously acquit the son of a bitch? It doesn't matter if the Mexican POS had specifically wished to murder Kate Steinle or not, it's still involuntary manslaughter at the very least and involuntary manslaughter was an option for the jury.Originally posted by Hollis View PostThe results were not what i expected and certainly disappointed. I do respect the jury decision as a matter of our judicial system at work.
It's been widely reported that PMSNBC did not do even 1 second of coverage of the acquittal story. I'm sure behind the scenes there were many high fives at good ol' PMSNBC. They couldn't care a bit less that a vital young woman had her life snuffed out by a felonious Mexican POS that was in San Franpsycho because he knew he couldn't be touched there. I'm really surprised they even arrested the bastard after he killed Ms. Steinle.Last edited by CIRF; 12-04-2017, 05:24 PM.
