him , along millions of others to riot this country if they think we would allow our country

Wasn't that a stimulus plan not infrastructure? Most of the money went to tax cuts and some went for infrastructure but, it wasn't a infrastructure plan. It was a stimulus plan

the then hnic bragged that the "infrastructure overhaul " that his economic stimulus package of 800 million dollars would provide only yielded 27.5 billion of it actually being spent on transportation and infrasructure and the rest went to his special intrests ie global warming=, sloindra etc etc ! The one they blocked was in 2011 and it was 60 billion not 305 billion so, I guess the circle is now complete lol

No spin. there is a difference between infrastructure plan and a stimulus plan. A stimulus can have different things including infrastructure. A infrastructure plan usually is road, bridges, ect.
