If they want to make as much as me, they need to get the experience, pass the state tests, start their own company, buy/rent an office, buy all the necessary equipment, buy all the proper insurances, etc etc.

And then most importantly......learn how to acquire and keep customers!..... good luck with that one!

Very, very few people have the necessary people skills to start/maintain their own company.
