Donald "No one is tougher on Russia than me" Trump couldn't get to Washington quick enough to weaken the sanctions on Rusal Aluminum. Those sanctions were only four months old and had been weakened a couple times already.Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says "The hard working people of Rusal are being unfairly punished" so he thinks he "Might" lift the sanctions all together. I wonder else Trump was told to do? Trump is compromised for sure there is no other answer.
