I didn't say I was for anyone to plea the 5th. Its up to the prosecutor(house) to sway the scales of justice in their favor. If the defendant Knows that they(house Republicans) have nothing its in his best interest to plea the 5th. Comey knew the republicans had nothing and was just doing this for a political stunt before they lost control of the house. What can the republicans do?
