When Mueller's investigation is over Whitaker can release the information or seal it and nobody will know what the investigation concluded. Everybody knows if they keep it sealed they are protecting the King. If the investigation concluded that I was incident, I would use my authority for it to be release to the public. I expect Mueller has already turned a lot of the information over to the NY attorney general.
