In our neck of the woods records for low temperatures were smashed in some cases by 10°. Tuesday night into Wednesday morning the actual temperature (not the silly and misleading "wind chill") dropped to -24° F and Wednesday night into Thursday the actual temp. was -28° F. Both were records for the respective dates. As the old timers say, "colder than a well diggers ass"!Comment

About 45 out here just after sunset and was a very nice 64 during the day. Nice T shirt weather day to work in the shop on the race car all day. Supposed to get 2-3 more feet of snow to add to the base of 8.5 feet about 40 miles up the mountain in the next couple of days.
Minus 13 in my old Great Lakes region of NE Ohio and don't miss it a bit.Comment
