How do you know he hasn't? The investigation isn't complete and the White House is withholding information.

And you have added what to this discussion other than, "I know you are but what am I?" Wanna actually try and debate an issue? Doubt you or the DIRTY DON can make that happen.

Americans are starting to learn more about the CIA spy that filed a “whistleblower” complaint against Donald Trump.

And the emerging picture blows a hole in the Democrats’ attempted coup.

That’s because one truth about the whistleblower’s past just proved Donald Trump’s innocence.

Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson reported that the whistleblower had an “indicia” of political bias.

The Fake News Media downplayed that fact by claiming it only meant the so-called “whistleblower” was merely a registered Democrat.

That — of course — was a lie.

There was much more to this story.

And Atkinson told Congress in a closed-door briefing that the whistleblower had a professional working relationship with a prominent Democrat who may be one of Donald Trump’s 2020 rivals.

        Fox News reports:

Sources further have told Fox News that Atkinson revealed the whistleblower volunteered he or she was a registered Democrat and had a prior working relationship with a prominent Democratic politician. Attorneys for the whistleblower at the firm Compass Rose did not respond to requests for comment on this work history or on the lack of disclosure about the contact with Schiff’s office.

The whistleblower colluding with Adam Schiff makes more sense in light of these new revelations.

The so-called “whistleblower” is nothing more than a partisan operative working on behalf of Trump’s 2020 rivals to bring down the President’s reelection campaign.

This was a fraud from the get go.
Lots of opinion with just a dash of truth, but thanks for support at least.

So, is your assertion then that a call with Dirty Don and Ukraine to potentially interfere in a US election didn't take place? You know there is a transcript and record the call took place yes?

Regardless of how anyone feels about this, why is it improper for a Congressional committee to perform its oversight role of the executive and look at this situation? Is it overhyped a bit; sure. Is it improper; not according to the US Constitution.

So I again ask, should a prosecutor go to court before a police officer has gathered evidence from a crime scene? If not, why should the Congress vote to impeach first, then have the committees gather evidence in support of said impeachment?

They have not held a vote to hold an impeachment inquiry.

If you looked at this information provided earlier: https://history.house.gov/Institutio...t/Impeachment/ you'd learn they NEED NOT hold a vote to investigate in the Judiciary Committee.

            From "The House's Role"

The Committee on the Judiciary ordinarily has jurisdiction over impeachments, but special committees investigated charges before the Judiciary Committee was created in 1813. The committee then chooses whether to pursue articles of impeachment against the accused official and report them to the full House. If the articles are adopted (by simple majority vote), the House appoints Members by resolution to manage the ensuing Senate trial on its behalf.

But, you know, I'm just an ill-informed-unable-to-research and support an opinion liberal so, what do I know right? SMH!

Read the post again. He didn’t say there was x piece of info being withheld. Simply that info IS being withheld.

Dirty Don (not d Lem&#128521 himself said he wouldn’t cooperate with this Congressional oversight investigation. So, it’s fairly clear info is being withheld.

How did congress attempt to subpoena Trumps Tax returns work out? Therein lies the answer to how Trump can resist the hose subpoenas, until they hold a vote. Yes, the house has the power to impeach and IF they vote to impeach then they can subpoena lots of stuff. Otherwise, the house subpoena powers are supposed to be limited to "legislative purposes".

All Trump is really doing here is he's forcing them to take a stand and vote. A lot of the newly elected Dems in 2018 are in vulnerable districts. Some of them won by thin margians. If they go on record and vote for impeachment, they are as good as gone in 2020. This is why Nancy Pelosi didn't want it to happen. If they lose all these seats in 2020, she's no longer the speaker. I still think there's a pretty good chance they will fold and there will be no impeachment. Though they may have backed themselves into a corner at this point with all their crazy rhetoric and might be unable to stop it now.

Trumps resistance also slows things down and gets the courts involved. That's great for Trump. The courts will keep congress in check. And the delays will mean that what the democrates in congress attempted to do will be fresh in the minds of voters as they go into the voting both in Nov 2020.

Your snowflakers whined about info being withheld about the fraud Russia investigation and here we go again.

You lost the election, let the nation prosper from that fact instead of continuing to turn over rocks and collude with the media for new fake hit pieces every day!!!!

                        Have a nice day!!!
I made a fine case. You’re simply choosing to ignore the basic question asked of you.

And considering I’ve never run for office, I therefore haven’t lost any election. Neither has a Democrat in the last 3 POPULAR (not electrical college) US Presidential elections.

I just looked and the court case continues cause Trump refused to abide by the subpoena. I’ve heard this “legislative purposes” argument but never have seen the basis for it. Care to help me understand?
