I find your comments very interesting. I’m not so sure they are all truthful or just parroted talking points. As well, aren’t most all of your points just a simple tit for tat for what the Democrats won’t provide or allow for the Republicans regarding the Impeachment? Nonetheless, that’s why we have three Branches of Government; Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. If needed, the Judicial Branch will figure out what is actually Obstruction and what isn’t. Correct?

here are some reason why Nixon was impeached.
On June 17, 1972, and prior thereto, agents of the Committee for the Re-election of the President committed unlawful entry of the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee in Washington, District of Columbia, for the purpose of securing political intelligence. Subsequent thereto, Richard M. Nixon, using the powers of his high office, engaged personally and through his close subordinates and agents, in a course of conduct or plan designed to delay, impede, and obstruct the investigation of such illegal entry; to cover up, conceal and protect those responsible; and to conceal the existence and scope of other unlawful covert activities.
1.making false or misleading statements to lawfully authorized investigative officers and employees of the United States;
2.withholding relevant and material evidence or information from lawfully authorized investigative officers and employees of the United States;
8.making or causing to be made false or misleading public statements for the purpose of deceiving the people of the United States into believing that a thorough and complete investigation had been conducted with respect to allegations of misconduct on the part of personnel of the executive branch of the United States and personnel of the Committee for the Re-election of the President, and that there was no involvement of such personnel in such misconduct: or
9.endeavouring to cause prospective defendants, and individuals duly tried and convicted, to expect favoured treatment and consideration in return for their silence or false testimony, or rewarding individuals for their silence or false testimony.
As far as the judicial branch all Roberts will do is basically will be the judge over the trial. Once this trial is over it over.Haters don't really hate you, in fact they hate themselves because you are a reflection of what they wish to be.

Also Mitt Romney wants to hear from Bolton. The Dems might not like what Bolton has to say or the President might not. Get your popcorn guys this could get good.
Remember in the Clinton senate trial they had 3 or 4 witnesses and in Jackson's trial they had like 47 witnesses so, the more we hear from the more truth will come out. Remember Trump mouth off he wanted a trial with witnesses well he just might get his wish lol.

We’ll just have to wait and see what the SCOTUS has to say about it ! That is the way our GOVERNMENT is designed to work ! I know you libtards do not like it but so be it !

Pelosi just needs to have Bolton come and testify in the house and then make an amendment to the impeachment article. Then she can turn it over to the senate. The SCOTUS has already set a presentence in previous impeachments. Nixon and Clinton tried the executive privilege but both times they had to release the information needed. The SCOTUS has indicated that executive privilege in not unlimited and is not a get out of jail free card.Haters don't really hate you, in fact they hate themselves because you are a reflection of what they wish to be.
