Obstruction of congress is an abuse of power. When you tell your agencies not to cooperated in the impeachment by not handing over documents and not to testify. That's why McConnell is working with the whitehouse. Mr. President are you sure you want Mulvaney, Pomeo, Bolton, Copperman, Pence and Perry to testify. I know you want the Biden's, Schiff, Pelosi and the whistleblower but, I ask again do you want those who I mention to really testify because, you sure didn't want them to testify in the intelligence hearings.
