Mayor Pete Buttigieg said this week that he finds no compatibility between the way President Trump conducts himself and Scripture. What? Really? The Bible teaches very clearly that Jesus Christ came to die for sinners. Franklin Graham is a sinner; President Donald J. Trump is a sinner; Mayor Pete Buttigieg is a sinner. The Bible says, “all have sinned…;†we have all fallen short of God’s standards for life. That means none of us are “compatibleâ€â€”we’re all guilty of sin! And the Bible tells us that the penalty of sin is death. The entire human race is under a death sentence. That’s why Jesus Christ came—to take that death sentence for us by dying on a cross and shedding His own blood, so that we don’t have to. God raised His Son to life on the third day, and if we are willing to confess our sins, turn from them (this is called repentance), and put our faith in Jesus Christ, we can have God’s forgiveness and that blessed everlasting hope of spending eternity in His presence. Now that’s compatibility, Mayor Pete.

Every time the left tries to use the Bible to their advantage they simply embarrass themselves. It is a shame, really. God is not the author of confusion. Man's wisdom is the author of confusion. That is why there is 400 religious systems. Bible is not a religious system, nor does it approve of religious systems. It approves of the Local Church and following the doctrine of salvation put forth by The Scriptures.Comment

Keep in mind that religion is a business and you'll have a pretty good handle on the Grahams; not vey distinguishable from the Bakkers, the Swaggerts, the Whittingtons, and so forth.Comment

Jog should read Psalms 14. We are all sinners, but there is a way of escape. As for the Graham Family, I dare say he knows nothing about them. However, it often makes people that have rejected the Lord, feel good to fire darts. Here is hoping that Jog thinks about his own spiritual condition just like we all should.Comment

Sorry pal but they are all of the same ilk. And, contrary to what some suggest, I know quite a bit about the Grahams for an awfully long time. You can tend to look legitimate after the coffers become filled.Comment
