Do you like Social Security? How about Medicare? Those are two very popular programs in the US and any politician that talks about defunding them gets knocked down in the polls. They also happen to be socialist programs.

Capitalism still exists in Denmark, France, Germany, and the UK. I don't see a flood of citizens fleeing those countries to come here. Capitalism can live alongside socialist safety nets like a UBI, extended parental leave, universal health insurance, and subsidized daycare.

Where I live the chick filet sandwich is 3.29 per sandwich.....the buttermilk chicken sandwich from McDonald's is 4.29 and the chix sandwich from Popeyes is 3.99.

Considering Mcnugget doesn't pay for napkins, straws,jelly,catsup,salt, pepper, straws etc. I would think he could spring for a chickfila sandwich and a side of lemonade every now and again as a return on his condiment bounty.

The McChicken is better than the buttermilk chicken sandwich is. The classic chick-fil-a chicken sandwich is $3.99 here and it goes up to $6.95 from there.
