It's crazy how many people can't get over losing the war.

Even crazier that the descendant hangers on of the folks from up north that routed a clearly overmatched team way back then can't get over talking about that rout that none of them even participated in way back when....that seems kind of odd......and for the record , If one were to occur I don't think the rematch would go exactly the same way, but that's just me.

I will say that I would love to see fastfood actually explain how Camp Douglas was apparently the worst prisoner camp ever when the South had virtually a carbon copy in the form of Andersonville. I'd also like to hear your reasoning on how a camp with a barely 12% mortality rate compared to a Nazi camp like Auschwitz, which had around an 85% mortality rate while also holding 28x more people during it's lifespan. Normally I'd provide a source, but there's literally so many historical sources that you should know better

Orisis this is so hypocritical. That war was over 160 years ago. History should never be used just to incite new hated. Making nasty cartoons to misframe the war and try to place blame on a political party is so dishonest. Truth be known the Democrats had the slavery going in the southern states, but now they must change history and try to turn all the facts around.

My ancestors have been traced back to the period of the Revolution. Illinois ranks 5th behind California, New York, Washington and Oregon as the most prolific $hitholes of the 50 states. We have chitcago, which is an urban hellhole full of urban inbred's and led by a racist/black supremacist mayor and a governor who couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were scribe on the heal. Both were elected by urban inbred's and man-bun gamer boys. All the bad $hit there is in Illinois, and there is an over abundance due to chitcago, I'm still proud of my Illinois heritage and lineage. I suspect the overwhelming percentage of southern folks understand and take no pride in what led to the Civil War as I take no pride in being from a state that contains $hithole chitcago. They are prideful of the good things about where their roots lie.

Thanks for the laugh cirf........its real hard to take a guy seriously that is a full fledged gamer and wears a "man"-bun. My relatives would whack that thing off with their Case pocket knife with a quickness! lol

I can't find any in my little town!!!!!

Buy some hickory chips, soak them in water, light your gas grill on one side and get it stable at 250 degrees ,put a 8lb dry rubbed Boston butt on the side that's not lit....take handfuls of wet hickory chips and put them in foil packets,toss one on the lit side of the grill, close lid, walk away.
Check on it when the smoking stops and replace foil packets as needed or wanted...the roast should be done in about 8 /9 hrs depending on the variables( wind, rain, bourbon,etc)

Pull out the bone, chop it up and hit it with some dry rub and throw it on the cheapest hamburger bun you can find.
Freeze what's left in 1 or 2 lb chunks and break it out when you need it for dinner/races/whatever?
Put whatever sauce you want on it after you reheat it, not before you freeze it.

BBQ dilemma in a small town with no que close by solved , have fun with that....I haven't cooked serious BBQ on a gas anything in years, but the above will certainly work in a pinch for ya CW.
