Thank God for answered prayer! Today the Supreme Court halted the implementation of the Biden Administration’s OSHA Vaccine and Testing mandate. The Court said it was far beyond the authority of OSHA and that the agency tried to grab power more than at any time in its history. OSHA cannot usurp the role of Congress.
This socialistic mandate aggressively overreached and disrupted the lives of millions of people this week as businesses were trying to comply with a 490-page order to avoid unbelievable fines. I thank God that the Supreme Court had enough common sense to see this as what it is. OSHA is not in charge of public health and this was far beyond occupational hazards.
As this ruling goes back to the 6th Circuit Court for a final determination, pray that they will put an end to this madness.

The optics on this last week are rather.....bad. Very bad.

Build Broke Better ain't happening, the Supremes dealt him a blow on the OSHA ruling, his demagogic speech in Atlanta wasn't even received well by his own side, nobody wants to appear in the same venue with him, his numbers are down at 33%, and on and on.

The side that always wants to point at we the people and claim all these threats to democracy needs to look inward, but they won't. They play up January 6th like it is their new Christmas and try to convince you that a mentally ill goofball wearing a furry horny hat and body paint was going to take over the Capitol. Sure. 700 people arrested on mostly trespassing and disorderly conduct and the Congress was back to business as normal within hours of the "Insurrection". Really? Not one person has been charged with an act of insurrection.

Trying to undo a 180 year rule on the filibuster, dreaming of undoing 150 years of a nine justice Supreme Court, taking states rights away from elections and trying to nationalize elections under federal control, doing away with the Electoral College, no ID to vote, let's try statehood for DC and Puerto Rico on for size. How about those for just a few examples of what really would be a threat to democracy in this country.

He seems to have more hair than he did in 1972, The other thing, I don't see how he is going to last his whole term. the only thing biden gave his supporters was a way to over come there personal hatred for trump , there is no way all those people were clueless , they fully well knew sleepy did not have the mental capacity to run this country , but did not care , it was beet trump at all cost , and along with the media and a bit of cheating , they did , now THEY have to live with it just like the rest of us that knew better , I do hope ole sleepy can hang in there till 24 because the two options behind ( camel and poski ) would be total disaster ......
