A few weeks ago a youth softball umpire by the name of Kristi Moore was assaulted after a game by an unruly mother as she was leaving the play field. The parent had been ejected from the field earlier after she caused an altercation on the field over an officiating call she didn't agree with. She vowed that she would " GET " her later. Kristi's injuries are still healing. Kristi said umps are quiting in record numbers lately because of the parents of this age and the total lack of respect ! she also said that they are figuring it is just safer to go pump gas for a part time income and it pays more than the $20.00 or so they get for working a game.

Parents need to show more respect or it will be used against them by the left over the parent vs school control of the children.

The Ref was also of color as well like the players otherwise if'n he was a Caucasian the media would have made enough of a stink about it that there would be BLM riots so that people could break into stores and get lots of free stuff again ! !
