Zappa was different, to say the least, and he prided himself on being different. One thing he did that was very different from most 60s rockers was he avoided drugs. He did not drink, smoke cannabis, or use any hard drugs and did not allow hard drugs to be used by his bandmates. This is somewhat surprising, considering how prominent drugs like cannabis are among celebrities, especially musicians.If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention!Comment
