Sorry but, I'm American and like I said I'm better off. Yes gas and other commodities are higher but, the raise my wife got with the new job We're still way better off. I was just able to lower my Medical insurance and my wife's new job now pays for her insurance so, yes were better off. Some people are better off and others are not.
