Trump is not immune in 2020 election interference case.

    Let the crying began.

How long until Ron DeSantis jumps back in the race?

          From ss12's link

This part I whole heartedly disagree with.

"For the purpose of this criminal case, former President Trump has become citizen Trump, with all of the defenses of any other criminal defendant. But any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as President no longer protects him against this prosecution," the 57-page ruling said.

That’s one slippery slope, and can come back to bite our entire Judicial System in the b*tt in the future.

If that applies to Presidents, it will apply all the way down to Mayors.

Ty Cobb, a former attorney for Trump who dealt with Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and who's been a critic of his false stolen election claims, called the ruling “one of the most profound constitutional opinions in our history.” “It will dominate, along with a half dozen other core constitutional cases, in law schools for the next 100 years. It’s that significant and it’s that well done,” he said.

This means absolutely nothing. Stop listening to left wing media. Or SS who gets his jollies from cutting and paste. if you look closely to what was said, it means little.

Yes, TS it means very little all it means it the court can proceed with their criminal cases against the conman. Please send your hard-earned money to help him fight against justices.

Lurker, do you think the supreme court will hear it or not?

My gut says yes. Why do you ask?

Furthering what I said earlier, and response to TS FAN.

Left wing media or not, what I quoted and pasted from your link disturbs me that a Good President, all the way down to a Good Mayor, with Good Intentions for “We The People” could possibly be (in the future) prosecuted for something, after office, on a whim --- just because.

Then again, maybe I’m all wet and am reading to much into all of this??

It sets a bad precedence --- is what I’m getting at.

                            5 years maybe.....

Then the left will start impeaching him..... That is, if they don't steal the election.
