Hasn't Kamala Harris had something like a 95% staff turnover rate in the last 3 1/2 years or so?
I'll concede that Trump could have done better on certain personnel decisions. Some were entrenched DC types who didn't serve his administration well because of their own motives. Some were the result of trusting the advice of others. An example of that would be Bolton. Bolton is a neo-con warmonger. Bolton got butt hurt when his advice wasn't taken carte blanche and that advice was almost always war. Firing Comey was the right thing to do but Chris Wray wasn't any better. The FBI is a mess. A politically corrupted mess of an intel agency masquerading as a law enforcement agency no longer working for the American people. Institution over Constitution should be their motto. Milley came from the inherited military apparatus and he was a result of the Obama era military purges which occurred well prior to the Trump admin. In general I liked Barr but Barr's fault was that he trusted the DOJ to a fault. He was paternalistic in his views of the DOJ and he applied his own reverence and respect for rule of law to people and the institution who didn't share his same standards. Barr has said he would still vote for Trump because the danger of the left is too great. He gets it - it's all about outcomes.
The outcomes were better when Trump was in charge and we've seen the outcomes of what Biden/Harris brought us. As she admitted, she couldn't think of anything she'd change from the decisions of the last almost four years. Seriously? Not one thing? Not even admitting they should have done something about the border situation - just a little bit sooner maybe? It's not about personalities, it's about outcomes.
