    Bowman Gray Stadium

NASCAR, in an effort to increase its floundering appeal to some observers, is going to stage the 2025 Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC, a true bullring if there ever was one. It's home to the NASCAR modified series and has been in operation continuously since 1949. It's 1/4 mile and should test the skills of the most seasoned NASCAR veterans. This will be Martinsville in a much smaller setting.

Hopefully with no stupid @ss rap concert added in like the one they had at the LA venue.

The modern decision makers who populate the ranks of NASCAR are woke milllennials. They have real problems with maintaining recognition for what grew the sport and got it to where it was at its height of popularity. They see numbers of population in places and they see markets to be marketed to because the race will always be on TV for race fans.
Political correctness,...is the inability to speak the truth about the obvious.

Read where the race is sold out. Maybe the spectators will be grownups!

A narrow, flat 1/4 mile track, with 17,000 seats that go almost around the entire track. Don't expect any three wide, But there should be many fender benders and little passing.
If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention!
