Does anyone remember the last time a white woman was killed by law enforcement in Minneapolis? Justine Damond.
Justine was actually the caller on a suspicious person call. When the squad showed up on scene she walked up and knocked on the window and was said to have surprised the responding officers. A Somali police officer was spooked to the point of drawing and firing his gun from inside the vehicle and he shot and killed Justine Damond who was standing outside, unarmed. She had just wanted to talk to the police, who she called.

- Did Minneapolis make any substantial changes in their hiring practices because of this?
