— and that their goal was to “expose the sheer lunacy of Minnesota’s ‘vouching’ system.”
— their “apparent goal was to cast doubt on one or more Minnesota election laws that have been in force for over fifty years. Instead, they revealed their ignorance of how those laws actually work — while putting themselves in legal jeopardy.”
Ok, now that we have the rest of the missing headline, what’s your point ss12?Moriarty said that they are not in jail and that instead, they will be issued summonses to appear in court in Minnesota.

O'Keefe did some amusing things back in the beginning of his efforts a few years back. The trouble with O'Keefe is that he really got absorbed in James O'Keefe, especially in recent times. He did get out a bit past his own skis on this one and he could be facing some real trouble. The Minnesota machine will spare no effort to protect the Minnesota machine.Political correctness,...is the inability to speak the truth about the obvious.

I’d agree he got out over the tips of his ski’s —-- but the point he made stands IMHO. Likeness to Nick Shirley exposing fraud in general.

James O'keefe didn't find any voter fraud in Minnesota, but he got arrested for trying it!! Believe in MAGA lies go to jail. Common theme for maga. 1500 Maga supports were charge with federal crimes because of the LIES of the Convicted felon on Jan, 6, 2021. P/P/LHaters don't really hate you, in fact they hate themselves because you are a reflection of what they wish to be.

Like I said —- you like voter fraud, it’s the only way you lunatic Leftist can win.
According to official state announcements and local charging documents, conservative activists James O'Keefe and Cam Higby did not uncover instances of actual voter fraud during their undercover operation in Minnesota. Instead, they were charged with felony identity theft and unlawful voting by Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty.
The charges stem from an operation conducted during the August 11, 2026, Minnesota primary election.
Details of the Incident and Charges
The Operation: O'Keefe and Higby entered multiple Minneapolis polling places wearing disguises (which they described as "Muslim garb") and using hidden cameras. They were attempting to expose perceived vulnerabilities in Minnesota’s "vouching" system—a process that allows a registered voter in a precinct to sign an oath confirming the residence of an unregistered neighbor so they can register and vote on the same day.- The Alleged Violation: According to prosecutors, the men gave poll workers the names and addresses of actual registered Minnesota voters without those voters' knowledge or consent. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty stated on October 28, 2026, that under Minnesota law, a crime occurs the moment an individual intentionally misrepresents their identity when applying for a ballot.
- No Ballots Were Cast: The criminal complaints do not allege that O'Keefe or Higby cast any fraudulent votes. They stopped short of signing the formal voter oaths or receiving physical ballots. [1,2,3]
Following the announcement of the felony charges, O'Keefe defended the operation via his social media channels on October 28 and 29, 2026. He maintained that they were acting as investigative journalists protected by the First Amendment. O'Keefe argued that they specifically trained their team to say "the name is" rather than "my name is" and purposely walked out before procuring or touching any ballots to avoid crossing legal boundaries. Consult official statements from Minnesota election officials or the Secretary of State's office regarding response and security protocols concerning the operation.
