WHU is the gateway through which every Unit Manager must pass. It provides an opportunity for enhanced learning to occur. The four days of WHU are conducted at the corporate campus in Norcross, Ga. and include classes on topics including interviewing, hiring, leading a team, ethics, customer service, diversity awareness and Waffle House business skills. In addition, all WHU participants complete a day-long ServSafe food safety training class.
