Your right the Republicans did not block anything the Dems were to stupid to get their own people inline when they had the 60 votes needed to pass bills but, what the Republicans did do was filibuster about every bill they brought to the floor but, yet the dems still had the votes and still could not get it done and maybe we should thank those that did not get inline.
