Wicked Race Designs are completely unprofessional

I normally do not stand on the soap box and voice my opinion in a public forum, but I am out of options at this point.

I made an error and over paid Wicked Race Designs for some vinyl graphics. I explained my mistake and apologized for the trouble. Brian Green agreed that it was a mistake and promised to refund my over payment. It has been almost 2 months and I get nothing but excuses. The check is in the mail, I was busy, mail is going slow. This is not the type of service I expected from them.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but nothing will ever come of it. The dispute is over a measly $40.

I would discourage anyone from doing business with people like this. They are taking advantage of a situation, they know can't have any legal repercussions. Graphic companies are a dime a dozen, I strongly suggest you take your business to a company that won't screw you out of your money.

They are thieves. Their response to by Better Business Bureau claim was to block me on Facebook. His final response was that he was waiting for his aunt to write him a check for the $40. Class act!
