It was a DA move for Tony, ya Matt got into the side of him but heck Tony's car wasn't hurt (at that point) but numb nuts allows his temper to get the best of him and throws away any chance at a win. Stupid is as stupid does, is the sayin that comes to mind. And Tony may get a fine, but not for the helmet toss, for the language in the interview.
