Ya, its what they aren't including makes ya wonder a little. The San Joaquin Valley is Bako Fresno etc is primarily farming. and they have little wind, the mountains contain the air and it is a mess, but I don't think you can blame any one thing. If the air could move, it would clean up, it can't. We have the same stuff over here on the coast, oil and farming, but the wind blows all the time so our air is clean. Mother nature does a decent job.
